Office Hours: 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

Installation Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Saturday

Monitoring: 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Response times

Service response is same day / next day depending on the service needs (i.e., emergencies are taken care of same day). Minor problems are next day or scheduled at a time convenient to customers' schedule and service tech schedule.
